Registering at Rate A Maid
Welcome to RateAMaid, we hope this will help you to grow your business to where you want it to go. Registration on RATEAMAID consists of three easy steps, please
review the steps below:
STEP 1 - REGISTRATION - Once you have read all the steps involved, select the BEGIN button on the menu bar above. Through the registration process, you will be asked to create a username, your username
is all that anyone will be able to see on RateAMaid. Your true identity will only be known to the staff at On-Line Distribution Inc and those that you inform. Individuals searching our database will only
see your username. We do provide an area where you can enter a website if you have one. If your website discloses or email address discloses your name, visitors to RateAMaid may be able to determine
your true identity. Please see our FAQ section if you have any questions prior to registration. Cleaning agencies are required to register separately for each geographical area (town/city) that they service.
Registration requires completing some general information about yourself including methods that prospective clients can use to contact you. Once completed you will be able to sign back into your registration area in the event you need to modify something in the future.

STEP 2 - FEES(FREE) - The cost to join the RateAMaid community is FREE, we have decided to drop the annual fee and replace with onsite advertising. Your registration will be held in our pending
files awaiting editorial review. Once approved your information will appear on RateAMaid. NOTE ** We are in the process of changing things over to the adverting format, during the registration
process you will be asked to provide an email address for PayPal, please provide the email address where you can be reached or have provided elsewhere in the registration process.
STEP 3 - RATINGS - Once you register for RateAMaid, you will likely see your name at the bottom of the list based on the geographical area that you have provided.
In order to achieve a higher placement in the search results you need to have your exisitng clients provide a rating of their overall satisfaction of your services. To make this easier on you, once
you are registered you will be able to go back into your registration screen based on your email address and password provided and generate a letter that provides all the necessary information
for your clients. Simply print off the letter and leave with your clients. We require at least two ratings before an average ranking can be computed.
If you would like to provide a more personal touch, we offer a line of notecards that you can leave a personal message in. Please ensure that you provide your clients with your username and passcode (different than your password) as they will need this information to provide a rating for you.
