Providing a Rating on Rate A Maid

Thank you for coming to Rate A Maid and providing feedback on your overall satisfaction with your cleaning personnel. Your feedback is important as an indicator of their performance and provides honest feedback to others interested in acquiring their services.

To begin, select the Begin button from the menu bar above. You will be asked to provide a few personal particulars. This information is only accessible by On-Line Distribution Inc. and will not be viewable by the general public or the individual or agency that you are providing feedback on. Our system will generate a username for you beginning with the letters RAM and this is how you will be viewed on RateAMaid. We also ask you to create a password, this will enable you to go back into the system in the future in the event you need to add or adjust your responses. Use the Log In button on the menu bar to access the information you provided. RateAMaid uses average ratings to determine an individual or agencies standing within our search results. There must be at least two ratings for an individual or agency before an average will be computed and displayed.

Persons interested in the individual you have rated will be able to click on that individuals username and see a list of particulars for that individual or agency. At the bottom of the screen they will see your username, your rating and any comments that you have provided.

In order to provide a rating of an individual or agency you require two pieces of information that you will have obtained from your cleaning personnel. They must provide you with their unique username on RateAMaid and their secret passcode that is only applicable to them. Please appropriately dispose of their passcode once you are done with it. You will still be able to login in the future without it once you are registered.
